As the Founder & CEO of Fly Wings, I established this institute in 2019 with a vision to create a world-class learning environment for aspiring aviation professionals. With my English-speaking background from Sherwood College and higher studies in English literature, I have developed a unique English communication training program that emphasizes practical learning, assessments, and real-world applications. Strong communication skills are the backbone of success in aviation, and my goal is to help our students master this skill with confidence.

Apart from aviation, my experience in the hotel and hospitality industry-being part of my family's hotel and resort business-has given me deep insights into customer service, professionalism, and luxury hospitality management. I integrate these principles into our curriculum, ensuring that our students develop the service excellence and professional etiquette required to thrive in both aviation and hospitality careers.

I am Neha Arya, and I bring 7 years of firsthand experience as a cabin crew along with 11 years of training future aviation professionals. Having worked in the skies and later mentoring students on the ground, I understand what it takes to succeed in this dynamic industry. My journey has taught me that aviation is about more than just skills—it's about confidence, discipline, and service excellence.

With this experience and learning, I aim to empower every student at Fly Wings with real-world knowledge, industry insights, and career-ready skills.
